Ministry of Education (MOE) in collaboration with the English Language Teaching Centre (ELTC) had graced Pahang Matriculation College from 5th to 8th February 2004 to carry out the Professional Upskilling Course for MOE Matriculation English Language Lecturers and APTIS Advanced Examination. The participants of the course comprised 15 English Language lecturers from Pahang Matriculation College, Pahang Engineering Matriculation College and Kelantan Matriculation College.

The course was conducted by the facilitators from ELTC, Dr. Mimi Estonella Binti Mastan and Puan Viloshena a/p Ravandran@Ravindran. Puan Noorunnuha Binti Shahfuddin, the Assistant Director of Unit Pengurusan Sains Sosial, BMKPM was also present during the course. Puan Zuraishah Binti Zukri, from KMPh, acted as the coordinator of the course.
